Deck Description

I wanted to build a deck around Genesis chamber so I made a fun casual modern deck that spams Dash and things like it. Also using Tremors and Purphoros to get through any deck that wants to go big.

Deck discussion for Eternal Genesis

Nice one Trickey! I was reading "Dash, Dash Dash... OK, where is this going? HE wants his creatures to return to his hand so he can keep playing them, but why? PURPHOROS!?"

You may want to prepare to be the target of everyone at the table when this starts happening. You will need to be able to deal with that somehow and seeing as your creatures will basically always be bouncing back to your hand that might be difficult.

I would recommend removing Exquisite Firecraft as you'll rarely be able to take advantage of its spell mastery effect, as there are only 8 spells other than itself that could trigger it, and replace it with either Pyroclasm or Grapeshot, both of which synergise well with this deck. Pyroclasm is great because you basically want to keep your creatures in your hand so it won't hurt you as much as it'll hurt your opponents, and Grapeshot is great because you should always have a full hand of stuff to play so you'll be able to take advantage of the Storm ability. Both of which will help you to deal with anyone who may be targeting you with their creatures due to your lack of defenses. Firestorm and Volcanic Fallout would also fit quite nicely. A full hand and a Firestorm could clear a table with this deck.

I would also consider adding Bloodchief Ascension or Quest For Pure Flame if you want to play around with this deck.

Finally, it's never a bad idea to consider adding card draw, tutoring, or mana acceleration to your deck, especially since you need to get Purphoros out for most of your creatures to be of any use.

My idea of having blockers is through Genesis Chamber, as it makes 1/1's all day and then I can block with them if needed. I like Quest for Pure flame though, that is a glorious idea.

We'll see how it plays out, but Genesis Chamber gives all of your opponents tokens as well, which may not leave you at much of an advantage. You could still benefit from having a board wipe in case others get too far ahead. Then you can rebuild faster because you're still bouncing creatures to your hand and setting off Genesis Chamber while your opponents aren't.

I've realized the best choice for sweep is easy as blasphemous act will destroy all the things for super cheap, as everyone has myrs so it's going to be 1 mana meaning I can still dash after it.
