It would be a toss up I think. Probably win 50/50. nice burn deck, though.
Maybe add Crypt Ghast?
A little slow. Maybe put in Bubbling Muck to get the Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond out....Dark Ritual? Drop Caustic Tar. Drop Death of a Thousand Stings. Add Temporal Extortion to force them to half their life or give you more time for the combo. May want to consider more lands and/or better mana curve. A bit too pricey.

This is pretty cool. Gaddock Teeg is nice in a deck like this.
Might want to consider putting in some cheaper costing vampires.
Simple but seems pretty effective and only about $10. Nicely done.
Yeah, Stuffy Doll is kinda slow in general. Volcano Hellion and Spitemare or Boros Reckoner is about the quickest I could think of for a deck like that.

Yes, and what vikingincarnate says is correct. Topor Orb is not going to work how you expect it to. It only effects clauses like "When a creature enters the battlefield" or "Whenever a creature enters the battlefield".

You should replace Lightning Bolt to make it standard.
Cut to 2 Consuming Aberration, Cut Dispel, Cut Last Thoughts. You should change some of your cipher to match what I had for milling.
I prefer Invisible Stalker because it is unblockable and has hexproof and only costs 2 to get out. Having both can't hurt though.
Take out Jester's Cap, Kraken's Eye, Coralhelm Commander, Cut down to 2 Deepchannel Mentor, Merrow Levitator, Frozen Aether, Cut down to 2 Followed Footsteps.
