I really wanted to do a deck where I exile your library so this is what I came up with. I can't decide whether I like it or not. Suggestion please.

I was trying to go monoblack. Mind Funeral would be more for mill but I can see that getting cards into the graveyard to exile would be useful. I'll have to review.

I've seen that deck before. You maybe I should make it blue/black with some mill just so I have more to exile.
I was thinking that, and it's a valid possibility. But then I thought, " what if you added some field clearer cards to help with control and get creatures in to graveyard. It's something to consider. Mutilate comes to mind, but I'm sure there are some other good black field clearers.
I love Mind Funeral, I definitely agree with this suggestion. If you end up running Mind Funeral, a couple more suggestions might be Bojuka Bog (a swamp that exiles your opponent's gravyard when it enters the battlefield) and Haunting Echoes (exile all the cards in your opponent's graveyard other than basic lands and then search their library for all of the same cards and exile those too!) You'll need mill to actually make these cards more effective, but they're awesome if you do.

Do you know how evil this deck is? Jesus. How annoying it would be to fight this and not be able to get my things back.As for suggestions, how about a Tormod's Crypt? I believe it's a 0 drop and you can tap it any point to exile someone's entire library. Also, Appetite for Brains would be a really annoying card for this deck. 1 drop exile a card with mana cost of 4 or greater. The last suggestion I have is Dissappate. 3 drop counter card. Exile the spell if it's countered. I enjoy it.Anyway, your deck. Do what you please.
What do you recommend I take out?
This is just me, but I would take out a Crypt Ghast or two, a single Shimian Specter, a Glimpse the Unthinkable, and a Sadistic Sacrament.
