Deck Description

This is a cool deck that uses the card fluctuator. You go like this: Mulligan until you have fluctuator in your starting hand, then play a land. On your second turn, play another land. If you can, play fluctuator. If not, wait till next turn. Then start cycling through your deck for free. If you come across the card polluted mire and your don't already have it in play, keep it and cycye something else. When you have all the creatures possible cycled, end. Then next turn, (i hope you didn't mill yourself) you play songs of the dammed and exanguate
