Deck Description

This deck centers around 3 creatures: Bazaar trader, Greater Gargadon, and Dominus of Fealty.

The main purpose is to take over creatures (or permanents with dominus). Gain control of them permanently with bazaar or sacrifice them to remove counters from greater Gargadon.

I splashed in some blue to search for cards when needed and to counter cards I can't handle. Together with seething song is what makes this deck pretty consistent.

I also added a funny card: Boldwyr Heavyweights. I stumbled upon that card and literally laughed out loud. I mean, an 8/8 trample for 4 mana which lets the opponent choose to put a creature from his library into play... Fine by me, I'll take that creature from you anyway. :)

I added a small sideboard for multiplayer mode to make things funny :) I do need to add 3 more cards in there, I just don't know which yet.

So that's the deck. I don't really see how this deck can run any better. Though if you have some ideas, do not hesitate to tell me. Cheers,

Dave

Deck discussion for Gargadon, the Heavy Trader of Fealty

I really like this deck, giving your opponent creatures from their deck and then taking them for your own use. Brilliant!

If I do have any suggestions, its that maybe to try out a full playset of the Heavyweights? I mean as long as you have a way of getting their creature and then the suspend card out, you should be good and there seems to be enough of that throughout the deck.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't a sideboard have to be exactly 0 or exactly 15?

Yeap you are absolutely right. In the deck description it says I need 3 more funny cards to fit the sideboard ;) I can't think of any at the moment. If you know something, please let me know.

Maybe I indeed should play 4 of the heavyweights. Somehow I was a bit afraid that i would end up having one in my hand and no way to take over creatures from my opponent. I'll definitely will try to play 4 of them the next time I'm going to test the deck. One problem though. Which card can I take out without ruining the consistency ? Definitely will think about it. Thanks fro your kind comment! :)

Maybe you can fins space to cram in the Insurrection/Breath of Fury combo? Insurrection might even be worth playing on its own, or to fill those last sideboard slots as a win condition...

Hehe Insurrection is indeed a nice multiplayer card. With Mana Flare on the board the high cost won't be such a problem. Thanks :)
