Deck Description

Snakes. What more can I say?
A friend originally made a snake deck. But he used things other than snakes in the deck. I want to use snakes only. Simple as that.
But IfOnly, Seedborn Muse isn't a snake. Damn right she's not. But god damn it she's good in this deck and she's staying.

How to Play

Build up your snakes and use them to basically control the battlefield. For when you have a mass of snakes, chorus of might should be a game winner.
If not, then just full swing with the snakes, and you should take down any opponent without hassle.

Shame that the two best snakes are UG: Coiling Oracle and Mystic Snake. But they are quite different from what you are trying to achieve.
I think Doubling Season is not that great here.

Doubling season is meant for the artifacts with counters and the spawning of tokens.
What would you recommend instead?

Think about how much value you will get from one of those 5 mana (!!!) enchantments in an ordinary game. Usually very little, because you have only 6 artifacts and 3 sorceries that can benefit from it (I hope I am not missing anything). I recommend running more of those artifacts/sorceries instead, pick the ones you like the best to replace 2 slots left after Doubling Season.
For example imagine you have two Doors to Nothingness or one Door and one Doubling Season. The effect is the same, but with two Doors you save 1 mana and are more resistent to removal (you still get half value if opponent destroys one of your Doors).
Plus the price of Doubling Season is over the roof (does not apply if you already have some).

I saw your point, and I actually would have to go out and buy doubling season, so price is actually a factor. Umm...
I removed Doubling Season and added in another Door and Energy Chamber. The faster I can build up counters on things with Door and Orochi Hatchery the better. Sosuke's Summons isn't actually a huge factor in the deck. It's merely for spawning snake tokens every now and again. I would like the deck to work off snake tokens, instead of the actual snakes themselves. I have those snakes in there for a boost to the snake tokens and to mana ramp the deck.
