If this deck is based around those cards then you need more or them. Try having 2x Griselbrand and no more High Priests. Then add add another Olivia by taking out a Geralf's Massenger. Lastly add one more Rakdos and Auralia by removing two doomed travelers. A cards that would help of all goes wrong would be Hellrider and High Priest Pennance, great cards for the sideboard.

More nichol Bolas if you want to win, how are you going to kill people?
I would remove all instants and sorceries and fevor and Markov patrician. Then instead of these cards add 3x Bloodline Keeper, 2x blood artist, 1x Stormkirk noble, 2x falkenrath exterminator, 1x child of the night. If you still need to get rid of cards drop falkenrath noble. Otherwise those creatures can become huge if played right.
Nice and quick. I would run four Boros charms and get rid of the crusader of Odric. Instead run a Odric, Master Tactician and a legion loyalist. The champion of the Parish might not work as nicely as the other two. A good game finisher would be Auralia, war leader. This way you can be aggressive and not worry about loosing too many creatures. Why Chandra how would Lillana, the Vess instead
In a two colored deck 4 evolving wilds is not necessary but 4 hallowed fountains and glacier fortress would be very good. Both supply two colors of mana so you don't really need evolving wilds . Another good idea is to make this a control deck. U don't need pacifism nor Isperia's skywatch. I would replace two of those cards with Martial Law and the other one adding on to the Archon of triumvirate and the new-prahv guildmage. I don't like Azorius charm and suggest a Fall of the Gavel. I would also add an Azorius Justicator instead of one Hussar Patrol but that's up to you. In the end you should get ride of Azorius guildgate, pacifism, Isperia's Skaywatch, 1x Azorius Arrester and 1x hussar patrol. You should in the end have 3x Archon's of triumvirate, 3x Azorius Jisticator, 2x New-Prahv guildmages, and 1x Fall of the Gavel
How about dissipate, this way there is less of a graveyard. I would get ride of un summon but keep the cyclonic rift. Get ride of one of the searing spears. Countering is just as good as unsummoning but they have different uses.
Get rid of Shock and replace it with either Pillar of Flame or Lightning Bolt. Maybe DragonMaster Outcasts. Though this deck burns nicely you should look at my burn deck. Click on my name, you'll find it. A deck shouldn't have more then 25 mana and even less is fine, try to have between 20-25 mana.
You NEED more mana and if this isn't an EDH deck then you can put up to 4 of a card except for basic lands. Truamatize is M11 isn't it. I only put Innistrad block and M13 in this deck. If truamatize has been reprinted and newer then I wouldn't think twice.
I would try to add growing ranks, parallel lives, or Broodwarren. In terms of lands why not replace some of the Forests with Eldrazi temple or Eye of Ugin. The rest of the deck looks really good and strong. I might build an Eldrazi deck you should look at it.
First of all you have too much many in the deck. The deck should only have 25 mana. Secondly I suggest that you should increase the number of some of the instants and soceries. Get ride of shock and make it a pillar of flame. I would also drop searing spears and add more incinerate. Fists of Anvil don't have too much use since. Only have a few creatures. You can find other ways of getting rid of cards and making adding to the number of one card. A lot of yur instant and soceries are similar and one of the two cards is better. How about Crusader of Odric because its power and toughness are equal to the number of creatures you control. I would take out Fervor and maybe one or two Krenko's command.
Well growing ranks would help get more tokens. To put either of these in I would consider taking out Fervor or maybe Hellrider but take Hellrider out if you NEED more room.

I would take out the gloom surgeon, he is a spirit and doesn't have an effect on how the other zombies work. Also u should have a lot more grave crawlers because u can cast them from your graveyard. Another Endless Ranks of Dead maybe. If you r going to keep it a solo black deck then a few Call to the Grave would be nice, at the beginning of a players upkeep they have to sacrifice a zombie. Lastly I would think about Vengeful pharaoh and Mikaeus the Unhallowed. And get ride of dark ritual and maybe two highborn ghouls and skinrender. As a reply is my deck link

You can't really deal damage unless you get terrezet. A few ideas would be add more terrezets or find a blue creature that can hit for damage. A suggestion would be inkwell leviathan.
