This is a budget "tournament ready" modern deck, also referred to as mono blue tron. It wins roughly 50% of the time and is a blast to play with. It's undoubtedly my favorite build among the budget decks that modern has to choose from.
Use your expedition maps to fetch your tron pieces along with academy ruins or phyrexia's core in order to mindlock your opponent with mindslaver or pin them down with spine of ish sah.Treasury mage will fetch you these game winning pieces along with some life savers including wurmcoil and platinum angel.Staff of nin will provide card advantage in order to attain more counterspells and further control the board.There are a few situational cards in here that can be cycled out with thirst for knowledge if necessary.
