Combat:
______________________________________________________
• Fiendslayer Paladin: First strike, Lifelink, prot. from {R} and {B} spells.
• Odric, Master Tactician: First Strike, Control opponents blocking phase if 3+ creat.
atk w/ him.
• Archangel of Thune: Flying, Lifelink, Whenever you gain life, put a +1/+1 counter on
each creature you control.

(First strike wins fights a lot and can keep your creature alive. Since you'll be gaining a lot of life from multiple sources and even on your opponents turn.
Archangel of Thune is extremely useful, your creatures will be getting big very quickly.
Odric, Master Tactician is amazing in your combat phase, you can easily kill off your opponent's creatures or just have none of your opponent's creatures block and attack all out possibly killing your opponent).

Land and Mana:
______________________________________________________
• Seraph Sanctuary: When Seraph Sanctuary enters the battlefield, you gain 1 life. Whenever and Angel enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 1 life.

(Seraph Sanctuary is kinda useful early game. I originally had 2x Angelic Accord in the deck which made Seraph Sanctuary a lot more useful for life gain, as I was able to pump out multiple Angel tokens each player's end step. I took them out as I felt they weren't very efficient).

• New Benalia: When New Benalia enters the battlefield, scry 1.

(New Benalia just for some scry, it's always nice to have. Put 1-2 more in there if you feel the need for more scry).

• Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx: (2), (T): Choose a color: Add to your mana pool an amount of mana of that color equal to an amount of mana of that color equal to your devotion to that color.

(Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx will be extremely useful as you will have plenty of devotion out. You shouldn't have any mana problems).

• Æther Vial: At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a charge counter on Æther Vial. (T): You may put a creature card with converted mana cost equal to the number of charge counters on Æther Vial from your hand into play.

(Æther Vial is a key card in this deck. You are able to drop creatures at instant speed, which is great. Drop an Archangel of Thune on opponents turn, gain life, everything gets buffed. Archangel of Thune will be ready to swing with after your opponents turn along with all of those creatures she buffed).

You will want your Æther Vial's to have 3 and (4 or 5) charge counters on them. Most of the deck consist of 3 and 4 drops and are mainly creatures. Although, it is nice to use a Æther Vial on Archangel of Thune during your opponents turn).

How to Play

Starting hand should have a Soul Warden and Æther Vial.

Start gaining life as soon as possible so you can take your opponents hits, exile their creatures and other permanents.

Build an army, buff them with Archangle of Thune and your multiple sources of life gain.
