You only need half your deck to be mill (16-24 cards), I would use some more removal and low cost creatures to gum up the board. Like jaces phantasm and wight of precint six.

Much better my last gripe is that, while i do like the flavor of mirko vosk, Consuming aberration can inhale him for breakfast, and not even blink.

So i would probably say remove him and put in more aberations, unless this deck is just to flaunt all the fancy cards you got.
I like a mix of both :P
I don't know. . . he is more all about defenders.
Phenax, God of Deception + Consuming Aberration. I'd take out my Mirko Vosk's and put in 2 more Abberation. Then take out the Precinct Six's and put in 2 Phenax, God of Deception. Then Take out my Phantasm's and put in Wall of Frost if needed. :P
