Deck Description

Infect is generally viewed as a really cheap strategy. The people who continue to play it probably wouldn't mind exploiting it a bit. This is an example of the exploitation that I thought up.

Note: I couldn't find a BG version of Dragonskull Summit, so I threw in Jungle Hollow instead.
Edit: Swapped Dragonskull Summit, Drowned Catacombs, and Jungle Hollow for Stomping Ground, Overgrown Tomb, and Blood Crypt.

How to Play

Mess with them with some infect creatures and drop a Warstorm Surge, Electropotence, or Pandemonium when possible. Then, whenever you play an infect creature, aim the damage at them to give them instant poison counters. Corpse Cur lets you get creatures back after they have died. Sheoldred could be used to throw creatures from the graveyard back out, giving them more counters, and to make them drop creatures. Phyrexian Swarmlord and Hand of the Praetors give major help in planting poison counters as well. Have fun, and don't be surprised if they refuse to play you again afterwards.

Deck discussion for Sickness Slinger

Let's improve it.
First of all, remove the blue color, -2 Blighted Agent, I can imagine a lot of games you dont have mana to cast it.
Remove all Electropotence.
+2 Plague Myr, your deck has a high mana cost, so add it.
-3 Market Festival, +4 Cultivate, +4 Utopia Sprawl. You need ramp.

Tell us what do you worry about your deck.

Didn't add Utopia Sprawl simply because it is very expensive. Does Rampant Growth work instead?
The main problems for this deck would be not getting my creatures out or not throwing a damage enchantment out, but I have mostly creatures and eight of the enchantments, so I think I gave a good chance of one. Also, the deck is not reliant on the enchantments, so it can still work even if I don't get one.

I'm going to edit the lands tomorrow.

I'm just giving you suggestions, not requests. You change want you think deserve change and when you want. If I say a lot of recommendations you don't have to follow all of it.

Keeping your deck in modern Rampant Growth is a good card. Although you have a lot of 2 mana drop cards, because of that Utopia Sprawl is great for your deck.

If I played with your deck, I probably will use this game plan: In the beginning of the game cast all my cheap battle creatures and try give 5 poison counter in my enemy, in turn four your poison creatures become very weak. Then cast my ramp spells and mana maker creatures. And finally I use the combo Warstorm Surge and/or Warstorm Surge + creatures.

A Buddy of mine has an indestructible infect deck and its both fun and annoying to play, from it I would recommend Blightsteel Colossus, the trample infect combo (plus a single full hit = game over) makes him really scary, add indestructible to the mix and I've had to build decks specifically designed to get around it. He's high cost so ramping is required but it'll definitely make your opponent sweat.
From My infect decks I love Core Prowler, infect + proliferate is a winning combo in my mind, add in your corpse cur and you can get alot of mileage out of it.

All and all I'd love to see this deck in action.

While Blightsteel Colossus would be tons of fun to play, it's just too expensive for me. As for Core Prowler, I decided this deck would be too fast paced for me to want to add in proliferation. I would have added Contagion Clasp or Contagion Engine if I was. Thanks for the ideas, though. :D
