Deck Description

My friend had built a Gruul deck based on mana ramp, and I decided to make my own because it seemed like a blast to play. I focused on creatures that tap for mana rather than spells that fetch more lands, but I also gave the lands a chance to be powered up with things like Overgrowth, Wild Growth, and Into the Wilds.

How to Play

Put out lots of mana-generating creatures early on to get as much mana as possible. Xenagos also gives mana to help you out, and can give some freebie creatures after a few turns. You can also use enchantments for more land. There are several goal creatures here:
-Heroes' Bane climbs *extremely* fast, especially with all that mana at your disposal.
-Hydra Broodmaster can slam the opponent within a couple turns of being played with its monstrosity function.
-Lastly, (my favorite) Worldspine Wurm pretty much dominates the battlefield once it's out there.

Oh, and Chariot of Victory can easily seal the win with the trample+first strike combo.

Overgrowth is less mana to cast, and there are hardly any cards that need red mana, so I'll be fine throwing in those Gruul lands and Mountains.
