It seems this is supposed to be standard but if you want to turn it into extended I would suggest maelstrom archangel (rubwg) for a 5/5 with flying and whenever this creature deals combat damage you may play a permanent without paying it's mana cost. Just to drop things for free and maybe add a progentus just for the big beater if your door fails and nothing like casting a nichol bolas for free just saying that's like having your cake and rubbing it in your opponents face too.

I decided to make it standard because it would really look funny to other players playing midrange, jund and all those decks.
Excuse my forgetting it's a non land card even better
