Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.


Deck Description

Hey guys! I love making casual decks and I love making new ideas for Magic whether it's decks or card alters but I've recently thought of a cool Game Type you can play casually with anyone at your shop or at home with buddies.

There is this one card that came out in Return to Ravnica called "Conjured Currency" and it's a six cost, 5 colorless and 1 blue. Well it has a fun idea to it that you get to exchange it with a card you don't control nor own. I figured why not put it in a game-type where it involves this card.

PROCEDURE:
Basically you want to decide who will first get the card so you would dice roll for it before you start the match.

RULES:
1: It would come out for free on turn 3, and won't be able to use till turn 4.
2: Conjured Currency stays on the field and ignores card effects that either target the card or destroy it; It will always be on the field no matter what.
3: You always have to take something from the opponent, if possible, to make the game experience more exciting and challenging.

This is recommended for multiplayer games for a better experience and game-play.

I'm not sure if people would like this but I sure know I will at my shop and with my friends!

Tell me if you like this game-type idea and fill free to adjust it to your settings and use it at your shop and lets make this a good game type! :D

If I was playing this game I just wouldn't play any cards... Interesting idea though, needs some fine-tuning but seems fun :D

Not sure, but there has to be a way to stop the fact that not playing anything earns the biggest advantage. Maybe there should be a limit like you have to play a spell to control something else, and there should be rules that disallow super weak cards to be played, almost like a banlist.

I could do that and this is just for a casual past time so it won't be to serious and if it comes to it there will be a ban list if there is an overpowered strategy involving this. Thanks man!

I would suggest to everyone who plays this to have your cards sleeved. Not just for their protection, but for identification purposes.

I like the idea. Is there going to be a rule on stealing land?

You can steal land. That is the reason conjured currency would come out on turn 3 and be used on turn 4 is because of that reason.

Or maybe it could start t1 if they play something a friend and I came up with called drop and draw. Start out with the land in your opening hand on the field and draw that many cards.
