You want easy to build? Um, theres a million and one pauper decks that work well. If you want standard, the Illusion Tribe is real easy right now, only 1 rare required, just a dolar rare, I think, but it would be best to have 4. Elves are usually pretty easy.

Make something that no one would think to be a good deck, then make it something epic.
