Have a look at some other mill decks so that you can get to grips with what you want to be playing and when. I say this because you have an awful lot of 5 drops and most of which will only be useful in 1 specific circumstance or it won't be as effective. Oh and just take a little peek at the price cause I know you were thinking about actually getting this. Do some more plans and get more feedback until you have a final deck that you are happy with then begin to get that. Other than that it is not a bad start.
