Deck Description

This deck is a fast and aggressive deck that focuses on Talon and Toxin Sliver. I get 1st strike and use deathtouch to kill the opposing creature before he does damage to my creature. My first priority is to get that combo (Homing Sliver). I use Hunter Sliver to force my opponent into blocking (keep in mind this works well against flying creatures and such) and Fury Sliver's double strike to quickly kill the opposing player. Sliver Legion and Sliver Queen are in there to deal with sticky situations.

As for the sideboard I use Winged Sliver if I am against deck that uses a lot of flying (obviously) and Everlasting Torment against Life Gain and decks containing indestructible creatures (stupid Darksteel Colossus). The rest of the cards are just for tweaking.

So I think it's a good deck but it is still a work in progress so please let me know what you think :)

Deck discussion for Sliver Slaughter

As a creature-based deck, this one is a lot better. I think Reflecting Pool would serve you better than City of Brass.

Also, I would replace Hunter Sliver with Winged Sliver. This deck has no way to deal with flying creatures. I would also either run fetch lands or more variety of basic lands. Half your mana base is set towards red/white, which means that you're pretty much screwed if you can't draw the other lands and you have Crystalline Sliver, Gemhide and Legion in your hand.

Thank you for the advice :) I think I'll go ahead and change up the mana. I'm prob just gonna make my basic lands more diverse. I don't like fetch lands.

As for my deck having no way to deal with flying consider the fact that my creatures will have 1st strike and or death touch. Hunter Sliver makes it to where if a flying creature enters play I just have to attack and make it block me. bye bye flying :) So I think I'll just sideboard Winged Sliver. Thanks for the idea though!
