Finish your deck! Ramos is an excellent general to focus on spellslinging EDH. Think big with your spells, cascade is an option but limits the power of your spells. Add cards like Conflux, All Sun's Down, Mercilous Eviction, Supreme Verdict, etc. Also add things that copy spells like Mirari, Cloven Casting, and draw spells, Dig Through Time.... Build a good mana base and add Chromatic Lantern and the tri-lands. Most of the Charm cards - Naya Charm, Jund Charm etc are also great choices in a Ramos Deck. I have been working on a Ramos deck and the problem is cutting cards. There are about 80 to 90 spells that can be used in either a storm build or a big spell build- I am going with the big spell kill approach. The mana base is also a bit tricky if you do not have the expensive lands, but the pain lands, the temples and the tri-lands are the way to go if you are budget conscious.
