Red cards that bounce/destroy islands and blue permanents. Creatures with protection from red, making it hard for blue spells to affect you. Artifacts and draw cards pump up your creatures and prevent top decking. Mountain hate. Red Mages suck! Remove the Sword of Fire and Ice to make the deck budget.

You will make repel spray against every colour deck, you should do it with creature types too maybe.

Yep. I made decks for all 5 colors. There is a deck made to battle against each color in Magic.
Chill is the really mean card. It makes all of your opponent's red spells cost 2 more mana to play!
