The reason blind obedience is legal in a white deck is the black symbol only appears in the reminder text. Reminder text is not considered in a cards color identity.

Tinker is banned, perhaps you can work Arcum Dagsson or Tezzeret the Seeker to replace it.

Try to work some proliferate in there. I ran an esper walkers deck and was occasionally bombing walkers the turn I dropped them.

I just built a very similar deck, but mine relied on a lot of enchantments to do the things your spells do. I would suggest using serra's sanctum for extra mana if you up the enchantments.

I did not have well of lost dreams, that is a nice touch in a commander extort deck!

Best infect colors in edh I've found are BUG. Black is obvious, green has doubling season and a fair number of infect and blue has loss of proliferation. Mimeoplasm could be a fun commander for the deck. Also blue clone creatures to maker copies of the infected stuffy doll. Ideas. I like the concept

Garruk Wildspeaker is a great fit for this deck, he increases your mana output and eventually pumps the squirrels into giant nut hoarding monsters. Also where is the grand daddy of all Squirrelly goodness, Deranged Hermit.

I would drop Khamal and a restorer for a couple Garruks and drop the ring, the revitalize, and the ground seal for three deranged hermits.

Also drop a couple parallel evolutions for some parallel lives potentially.

I like this deck a lot. I really think Squee Goblin Nabob would be a great fit for it. Not necessarily because he is a great card, but because he was always really good at hiding behind walls.

Also signets, sol ring, everflowing chalice, gilded lotus, chromatic lantern, coalition relic, birds of paradise and utopian tree to help with mana.
