Rebuild of my old Esper Walkers deck. When I realized the entirety of black was tutors in the deck I decided it was time to rehash it.This deck is seriously just a fun griefer deck that waits to go off with a multiple set of turns, Bombing Walkers in one turn, or as has been the case in way too many games, win with Azor's Elocturs. I know the Grand Arbiter would be a more effective control commander, but he is also a dick. Hanna is awesome and makes the name sound more fun.
This deck is a wait and see what you get deck. Maybe you go for an infinite turn loop with the Magistrate's scepter. Maybe you get the proliferation in place to bomb Tamiyo or Vanser in one turn (One time it was both). Maybe you get crap and you just hope everyone takes pity on your terrible board position.Typically I save the counterspells for something that directly stops me from winning the game. There are more than enough board clears to deal with creatures, and bounce spells if I have to get something off the table. Isochron becomes a target immediately if you equip it with boomerang or counterspell; so I try to get clockspinning, Lat-nam, or brainstorm on there. Play politics with this deck, make friends with your counters, help others with card draw, because if everyone turns on you at once there is not a lot you can do. Fortunately, if you are going to win, it usually just takes one turn to go your way.
