this is my take on a maritocracy build. the bad match ups are storm, death and taxes, and counterbalance. the nice part of this version is that it goes off turn three usually, and has a recursion engine. living wish gives it a lot of flexibility. game one u will want to try and get the combo with wish unless you are absolutely sure what deck it is. game two get whatever silver bullet you want.
