It's definitely under consideration though I left it out for now since while it's a fun card for me to use it isn't that fun for the rest of the table in an edh game.

then you don't even need to have any real islands in the deck your lands could be:4 sulfur falls4 steam vents8-9 mountains
you can also add sulfur falls to help with mana. sulfur falls works well with steam vents.
i would add steely resolve and door of destinies. both would probably make your opponents really dislike you
look up cards like mirko vosk, mind drinker, mind funeral, glimpse the unthinkable or duskmantle guildmage. i don't know if any fit in the deck, but they would be interesting here
I like this a lot. Its completely organized chaos
i'd say find a way to fit in some gitaxian probes instead of mind unbound. they're cheaper to cast and can help you selectively use your counterspells somewhat
and your elf deck is nasty. i definitely would not enjoy having to go against that thing. (i know you said its complete, but i can't help but think that joraga warcaller could be devastating in it...although you're definitely the expert in that matter so i'm sure you also have a good reason for why it doesn't fit haha) and your "most rated" deck would be a quite horrifying opponent as well (and is one of the more amusing things i've seen recently)
my personal favorite from the deck is gaining infinity life with the dawnglow infusion, or making infinity 1/1 saproling tokens with selesnya guildmage and then using the guildmage to give all my creatures +infinity/+infinity
it's too bad i don't own a dark depths. that card could be a lot of fun in this deck too
wow, that is a ridiculous card. i will have to see if i can afford a set, although this deck is already getting pretty expensive...
does mirari's wake fit at all into this deck?

you should add some joraga warcallers. they would make all your elves a whole lot stronger. also add in a few overruns or overwhelming stampedes
