This deck takes plinkers to a new level by making them able to just keep stuff dead. Hexproof and indestructible creatures are the bane of this deck's existence, but that is rarely a problem in my circles.
Put out your plinkers, and start dealing damage to creatures or the player as you can. As soon as you can, give them deathtouch. Here are the best uses for your plinkers:Blood cultist: Always use her to hit something before it dies. Once she has deathtouch, she becomes your primary plinker.Izzet Staticaster: Perfect for token decks. One shot on one token, and all of them with the same name take the same damage. Once she gains deathtouch, you can kill a bunch of creatures all at once.Deathbringer Throctar: Once he has deathtouch, he becomes a killer that never loses counters.As a final FU to your opponent, once you've removed all their creatures, use your Dragonshift to overrun them with a flight of dragons. You know, because why the hell not at that point?
