Deck Description

The deck only plays 2 lands to try and maximize the damage dealt by Charbelcher. The goal of the deck is to use free or cheap cantrip like effects to search for mana ramp and charbelcher to go for the kill. I have not been able to play test this so I dont know if 2 lands is enough. But with as many cantrip as the deck has I think that it might be able to work fairly consistently. The deck tries to utilize locket of yesterday to make your spells cheaper or even free. If you have let's say a chromatic star in the GY and a locket in play, the star in your hand is now free to cast. Same goes for the ritual, if one is already in the GY, all subsequent rituals with the same name now only cost (R) to cast.

Deck discussion for 2 Land Locket Belcher

Let me know if there is anything I need to add or cut to make the deck more consistent. This is just an experimental deck for Modern so nothing that is older that 8th edition please. What are your thoughst?

Deck looks pretty interesting to play, what about Gitaxian Probe over Street Wraith. Same payment in life but, you also get to peek at the other persons hand.
