great use of Gravitational Shift in this deck, nice job going 12-0-1, what were your match-ups?
What about Fog Bank instead of the wall of tears, it has flying. Also it lacks draw which could put more annoying cards into your hand. Also .... what about Tangle Wire that's another annoying card. Plus counter spells would go great with Isochron Scepter.

I'm curious to know if Red / Green Infect would work. Green doing all your infect of course but using cascade as well. Sounds pretty sweet. Or the traditional blue, but I'd use something like spreading seas, into the roil, etc.. to
I actually didn't notice the Dispatch, so that's actually fine. I'd personally just get complete medieval control removal on their asses. I like a lot of control, Galvanic Blast could be useful I mean 4 dmg for 1 mountain is awesome. I'd definitely add some artifact lands as well, I think that's the key to have a good metalcraft deck. Maybe some removal such as path to exile or swords plowshares. I don't really care for fling all that much to be honest but you gotta improvise your deck to your likings I guess. Also consider that Indomitable Angel.
Also if you do decided to go more artifacts, Indomitable Archangel is pretty good.
What are your main matchup's?

4 hypnotic scepters good, but 4 cry of contritions are just taking up space if you aren't going to bring anymore creatures to the field. 4 funeral charm's can be replaced with more useful cards, and I can see the twist or offset of how you are trying to make your deck different than the others, but phyrexian totem is another card taking up space. Perhaps "Razormane Masticore" would benefit you in more ways. Although what I like about this deck is how you have smallpox, very interesting.
phyrexian arena, is good to generate some basis of drawing, usually you'll encounter that card as being a favorite, most likely all black draw cards are horror damage dealers, but this deck is missing many factors, mindslicer, faceless butcher, avatar of discord, soul feast, all may look like cool cards, but really aren't cut in to enhance this deck any better.
