Why tanks you, I built this deck to mill, draw, and deal damage all in one move...Nekoosa gives extra draws, and deals damage, Niv-Mizzet is a nice counter part, as I draw and deal damage, Rather than they draw and lose life. I love the concept of enchanting players, and curse disable opponents, making your self relatively stronger. In a good game, You can draw 7 Cards, deal 11 damage, gain 11 life, then mill 7-40/ish ( Jace memory adept & Ashiok) cards, and they can draw 8 cards and lose 32 life, and then discard 7/8 cads they drew and mill 2-3 cards, all on turn 8 or 9, and next turn mill the top half of their library, completely doable in commander.
