I would drop stolen goods and augur of bolas for some control spells. also, i know you want the deck to be cheap, but jace is only 8 bucks, you should have at least one. Can you check out the mill ive been working on for standard? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=359896

the augurs let me fly thru my own library to keep milling and keep the pressure on. The idea is to hopefully mill the opponents elixir of immortality before they can draw it. As far as stolen goods goes i just love that card! Plus u can get pretty luck with that card sometimes. Nothing like stealing an opponents plainswalker.
