Fetches are a must in this deck. Why no lightning helix? Izzet charm is kind of underwhelming at everything it does. You're also missing out on electrolyze, the best card ever. Mainboard Thundermaw is pretty baller, I was running it for a while. Fair enough. I traded all of my Voices and Liliana of the Veils for my lands and counterspells.
Also, 4 cryptics is pretty heavy. You're trying to play as a tempo deck as opposed to a true control deck.
