i used fists of inronwood to give my 30/30s trample. protean hydra is the main card of this deck.
i personally use protean hydra a lot. very good cards. this deck would be even more awesome with doubling season. i do like the mana boosting abilities:) i love all of the reflection cards from shadowmoor
i know but doubling season costs a ton. like 55$ for 4 I hate it. Double season was made to go with Mycoloth- almost my favorite card.

I agree, Doubling season would be AMAZING in this deck, thats cheaper then it is here in England!! Converted to dollar's it would be $80! This deck is great with out it tho so no harm done. Agree with the Mycoloth, what a card!
