I think 28 lands is too much. I'd run 22 land in this build, with 4 Kitchen Finks, 2-3 Noble hierarch and 2-3 Anafenza (DTK)

Thx Zaklax! Elesh was on main deck, but I moved it SB because is not that good against some matchups (at least is not better than the other creatures). I consider Proteus Staff too slow and vulnerable in the current meta, but is a good option ;)
