Deck Description

As I'm trying to build a T2 tournament deck, I'm trying to find an answer to most of the decks out there without sacrificing my own style of playing and without just playing an Caw-go deck or buying 4 Jace, the mind sculptor. I'm trying to build a bleu/white control deck that can answer to anything and isn't to slow.

Jace is there to block other Jaces, for the card drawing and as an alternate winning condition. Tumble magnet and contagion clasp for control and killing weenies. Venser is the main control source. Beatdown with Sun Titans, blade splicer (nice Venser bling) and a frost titan which can also be used as a control unit against Splinter twin decks or any annoying creatures or other permanents. Into the roil is for bouncing Jaces or Vensers and against the fast Splintertwin deck.

I would love to include some card drawing, but simply can't find the room for that. Sideboard gives me headaches. I'm running more Jace against Jace control decks, Hex parasite against planeswalkers. Leon arbiters against Caw Blade. Some more counters. But I actually have no cue what I need. So all help would be greatly appreciated with the SB.

Let me know what you think and tips on how to improve this.

Deck discussion for Venser Control Update

Instead of leonin Arbiter I would side Torpor Orb. it is a 2 cost artifact that make so abilities don't activate when creatures enter the battlefield. The nice thing about it is that it shuts down both Deciever Exarch/Splinter Twin and Caw blade combos.

I was thinking about that. But It also shut's down some of my combo's although I don't really need em
for the win though …

I would use Torpor Orb because it makes it so that the only way around it is with artifact destruction. With the Leonin Arbiter people will play around having to pay two extra mana for their cawblade or deciever exarch. The other thing is that this block is so creature heavy that people tend to run kill spills over artifact destruction.
