Paradox engine is currently banned in commander. Also you may want mana vault and mana crypt. It would not be a bad idea to include force of will if you are planning at playing this at a competitive table to stop people if you are tapped out for some reason. Also pact of negation is good if you are trying to combo out and win instantly without taking another turn. If you put in Mana drain you will probably be able to use that mana to help go off earlier as well and since you are running cancel its just better. Also there are plenty of counterspells strictly better than cancel that should be run before you put that one in. Baral would be a good creature to look into putting in since he is a wizard and loots when you counter things as well as making your spells cheaper. Most of the time preordain is better than serum visions as far as cantrips go since it lets you scry first and try to get the card you want. It would be a good idea to look into echo of eons over days undoing as a wheel that lets you keep playing one your turn assuming timetwister is to expensive. Cool deck that looks fun though.
