Liliana's Caress, Quest for the Nihil Stone and Painful Quandary enforce damage penalty for discarding. Sangromancers build life lead for discarding. Agro/quick infect decks are controlled with Liliana's -2 deck search ability for the cycling Black Sun's Zenith. Temple bell is included to make sure the opponent has cards to toss.

I would take out 1 or 2 Mind Rot and put in to Inquisition of Kozilek and i would also have 2 Doom Blade in Sideboard and 2 Go for the Throat hope u find my comment helpfully
