it is decent. i will like. I thought about using sun titan in mine (i don't have any copies) but i feel like using him to bring back see gate oracle is not as worth as much as trying to bring back a very aggressive wall such as wall of frost or guard gomazoa. What is your win condition? My guess the strategy is to generally stall by exile/counter/removal so that you can drop a plainswalker, use their big bad effect, and then pressure your opponent into defeat.
