simple deck based around cycling to get out your lands consistently. ramping to a huge cycling of Decree of justice.comments and suggestions are welcome. I am always looking to improve my decks. :)
get out a couple of lands, play fluctuator and wheel of sun and moon, and cycle your deck until you get your lands out of your deck, then cycle Decree for tons of tokens every turn.fastbond if you want to make this deck as explosive as possible. countering the life loss with the insane amount of life gain with confessor,

IMHO Secluded Steppe and Tranquil Thicket are simply better. Are they not?

normally I would say yes,The one thing that I found that I liked about meadow and karst is that the cycling cost is 2 generic, instead of colored. so it can be made 0 by fluctuator. which does affect the W and G costs that steppe and thicket have.but overall yes they are better cards. :)
I didn't even know Fluctuator existed. Neat card and this looks like a fun deck to play.
yeah, I had forgotten about it. saw it while searching for discard cards, and decided that I could break it.I have proxied it to test out, hopefully it is as fun as it looks. :)
