This is actually a really good deck. It's very similar to my elf deck, which I love--http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=103549. A few I might suggest-- Priest of Titania over Elvish Archdruid. You lose the +1/+1, but If you use mercy killing to take out a threat, those elves you give them help you out, as they do with wirewood pride, timberwatch, and wellwisher. Also, Immaculate Magistrate. He is great in any elf deck, but paired with Joraga Warcaller, it becomes ridiculous so quickly. Also, taunting elf. 'Nuff said. And maybe Ezuri over Garruk for the overrun.
hm thanks ^^. I tought too about taunting elf. But Acutally if you just got some Tokens , you just dont care about 4-5 blockers. 1 elf boosted with wirewood and timberwatch is enough to finish him off. Ezuri over garruk is a good idea ( and it's cheaper ^^). Never thought about giving an enemy the elves. I played the deck always like this : 1) use 1 timber to power an elv bady up 2) use Mercy killing on him -> lot of tokens 3) go 4 an attack ( he won't be able to block all the elves) 4) power 1 elve up which he coudn't block with wirewood/ timber 5) gg Immaculate magistrated fits kindo good too in this strategy ^^ Priest of titania is a n1 idea ^^. Giving him the elves and i can use them xD n1 idea =)
yeah, that's why I love mercy killing--it works like a swords to plowshares for elf decks that have a lot of "each elf in play" ability. That's one of the reasons I love playing my elf deck against other elf decks--my combos go off twice as fast. :-) That's also another reason for taunting elf (I responded to your comment on my deck)--say you blast their 10/10 with a mercy killing, giving them 10 elves. You then timber/pride your taunting elf, making him at least an 11/12, and kill all the elves you just gave them (not before tapping your wellwisher, of course, lol).
14 lands, wtf?
Have you thought about adding Nissa Revane?
