Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth would allow you to put more mana in to drain life

Thanks, I'll take out the leechridden swamp and add that.

Vampiric Link would be perfect. It would also nullify their creatures since it doesn't give the enchanted creature lifelink, but instead makes the controller of Vampiric Link gain life.

Tainted remedy is a good card to use for a anti-life deck. And also polluted bonds is another life exchange enchantment.

I think that if you can play both Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, you would win the duel due to an infinite combo. The combo starts off with:
(1) Opponent loses life
(2) Exquisite Blood activates which will give you the total amount of life that the opponent loses
(3) Sanguine Bond activates in response to Exquisite Blood which will make TARGET opponent lose life equal to the amount of life you gain.

Once this chain starts I think it will repeat itself until the opponent has no more life. Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.

Yes in theory that's how it works. The cards will keep in checking if there is any life lost/gained and the cycle continues. All he/she would need to do is use a simple Alms of the Vein or Blood tithe.

As a quick suggestion you need card drawing/searching to get the right cards out fast. Try looking into Beseech the Queen or Diabolic Tutor.

I would suggest taking out Mourning and replacing it with Diabolic Tutor.

The thing about Mourning is it works so very well with Agent of the Fates. The way i understand it, you can just keep casting and taking Mourning off of Agent of the Fates to kill all of your opponents' creatures.
