Well, if you really wanna make this the best red deck it can be, you could do 8 fetch lands. 4x Scalding Tarns and 4x Arid Mesa. Yes, you pay 1 life to fetch the lands, but they also don't come into play tapped which would speed the deck up even more.

If you'd like to start on a sideboard for a deck you could add Combust for blue/white decks.

And if you were going to follow the fetchlands all the way you could add Searing Blaze. You could decide when your landfall happens to trigger Blaze's ability.

Oh, and Mox Opal's are rather expensive but they're good in almost any metalcraft deck.

False, terramorphic expanse lands come into play tapped. Verdant Catacombs lands do not.

Throwing in Goblin Guides instead of Glint Hawks is probably a good idea.
Lightning Bolts instead of Arc Trails.
Arid Mesa x4
Sunspear Shikari instead of Salvage Scout
Mox Opals and Auriok Edgewright and Goblin Gavaleer could probably make decent appearances, too.

In addition to the above I would sideboard Revoke Existence and put in Journey to Nowhere or something more universal.

You could probably replace the Razorverge Thickets with Sunpetal Groves. If you wanted to keep them though, just replace some basic lands.

If you wanted to take a different approach you could add Omnaths instead of your Contagion stuff and just add more ramp.

Take out Snake Umbra and add Lotus Cobras or something. Would make leveling pretty darn fast. But if you are going the ramp route with lotus cobras, definitely take out Razorverge and add fetchlands (i.e. Misty Rainforest/Verdant Catacombs and Arid Mesa/Marsh Flats).

Should have the lands reversed. Maybe a playset of Dragonskull.

I think it could work with the right ramp. I've got a friend who can get Emrakul out turn 5-6 if not 4. It can happen.

OK! Assuming you're made of money... :

- Replace Beleren with Mind Sculptors
- Get rid of spellbombs/ Add Omnath
- Treespeakers, Primeval Titans, and Lotus Cobras instead of Birds of Paradise, Nest Invaders, and Explores

Oh and get rid of the Predators. Add 2 more Omnaths or something.

And just replace the counterspells with stoic rebuttals. you have enough artifacts to make it work just like a counterspell and its standard.

Okay after a little bit of research I was thinking you'll need a creature for first turn. I was thinking Pulse Tracker. He can deal 2 damage second turn just like lacerator but if he gets blocked he still does 1. AND he doesn't make you lose life each turn. He's just something to get out while you stall to get your vampire's that matter out.

What I would take out is probably Sadistic Sacraments and Captivating Vampire. You can sideboard them if you would like. Since this deck isn't standard anyway you could add Pithing Needles to your sideboard to help with Planeswalker troubles. That's kind of why I had Sadistic Sacrament in the deck in the first place (that and green pump decks).

Oh and don't worry about losing life with any of the cards that make you do. Just one tendrils would probably kill 2 birds with 1 stone in that case. Kill a creature and make you gain back any life you may have done to yourself. With enough removal you shouldn't have to worry about dealing them damage. They won't have any blockers. ;)

You need to be more consistent with your cards. I'll try to help.
22 Lands will do:
4x Marsh Flats
4x Verdant Catacombs (This and the above land for thinning out your deck so you're not drawing land when you want to be drawing cards to play).
14x Swamp

Creatures:
4x Bloodghast (Fetch lands: Verdant Catacombs, etc. will help with this a lot)
4x Vampire Nocturnus
4x Vampire Nighthawk
2x Captivating Vampire
4x Gatekeeper of Malakir

2x Sorin Markhov

4x Tendrils of Corruption
4x Consuming Vapors
4x Doomblade / Grasp of Darkness (Facing opponent with Black Creatures)
2 Sadistic Sacrament
4x Sign in Blood

That's 60 cards and it's a lot more consistent than a bunch of 1 of's. Vampire decks are supposed to be quick, so forget the high costing stuff.

The only reason to have Creeping Tar Pit in a infect deck is its ability to be unblockable. Put tainted strikes in here so it can have infect too. ;-)
