Deck Description

Basically just a green red modern deck, based on decent size creatures and burn

Edit 1: Added Huntmaster, Domri, harmonize, and Gruul charm
Edit 2: Removed Tunnel Ignus, added Firespout, Boiling seas, Flashfires (sideboard)
Edit 3: Removed Manamorphose, added Cultivate
Edit 4: Removed x1 search, domri, sarkhan, added x3 radha

How to Play

Meant to be able to ramp up into big/decent creatures and walkers while having some small spells to use as finishers or dealing with the guys they have in the way

Deck discussion for Red Green --- Help needed

8 planeswalkers is a tough one. Sure it means you are more likely to draw them, but it also means you may get stuck with some in your hand that do nothing for you. Maybe add some "search your library options?

Also, I think you may need some more mana ramp, yes search for tomorrow is nice but you have some expensive cards in here: A staple is Cultivate, or even a rampant growth.

I'm also not loving your creatures, sure the Hydra is nice, but one measly 1/1 blocker can stop it. Yes you have removal, but that card is begging for trample, its also very expensive mana wise. Even Huntmaster and Bogart are meh--I think you could add some better options.

Also, the Manamorphose is a spot maybe that can gain you some cards, basically all its doing is drawing you a card for no mana. Sure its nice, but there may be better options in the way of creatures or more removal. Hope this helps.

Removed your second comment because it was a double post, I traded Manamorphose for Cultivate.

But I think I will keep hydra because of his burn, blocking ability, and ability to remove multiple weenies, and the walkers are a good way to for me to maintain having creatures out on the field.

Would Gyre Sage or Whisperer of the Wilds help with ramp at all?

I would do gyre sage but after it gets 2 or 3 counters it would just fail to grow, which is still useful, but by then i wouldnt really need the mana, similar problem with whisperer, is that i only have 5 creatures (excluding sarkhan ability) that it could benefit from, and once they are already out on the field, it would somewhat lose its potential.

all just my personal opinion BTW

True. My knowledge of rampers isn't great. But I do know that there is one that taps for devotion.

Karametra's Acolyte, 4 drop that taps to add a green to your mana pool equal to your devotion to green

Yeah, maybe not worth it if it's a four drop. So what about Zhur-Taa Druid for small burn+ramp and Rada, Heir to Keld for a decently solid ramp?
