First note, if this is mono black, then you want 4 vampire nocturnus. ok, since you arent going for standard here, you should add pulse tracker, very good one drop vamp. Also, i would drop bloodlord of vaasgoth and add bloodline keepers instead. Vampires are supposed to be very aggro, so planeswalkers just slow you down, you should probably drop them altogether and add more creatures.
