Deck Description

This is Brian Kibler's G/R aggro deck that he is using in this years 2013 World Championship. I've always been a big fan of Kibler's aggro decks, but this one just blows it out over the top. Out of the two feature matches I watched him in already he went 2-0 without breaking a sweat. This deck is so blistering fast that I wouldn't be surprised if he won the tournament with this! GO KIBLER!!

heres a tip Jayden: dont attempt to hijack other peoples decks by advertising your own. find a better way to promote yourself as a deckbuilder, such as giving good advice in other peoples decks without promoting yours. or just build good decks, and people will show up.

Here's the big thing: SnarlingToes was an outright jerk about posting his deck. He posted the same deck every time a new deck made the Active list. If you have a related deck, or this deck gave you an idea, or maybe you're friends with the deck maker outside the vault ~~ but if you want to get recognized, don't piggy-back on everybody else's deck. It's not a crime when you promote your own deck once or twice, especially when the deck is related in some way. But don't go overboard.

Wow, 4 domris??? Dont u think its too much?

youre aware that hes a 3 drop Pw, right? and the new legend rule makes running pretty much any 3-4 drop PW in a 4 of worthwhile..right?

4 Domri's is definitely worthwhile. Being able to fight twice in one turn is awesome, and helps keep Olivia and Friends out of the way.

I still think 4 domris are too much, I agree with whiteandblue

I personally think 4 Domri's are good. Having Domri and using his +1, with 29 creatures in the deck, gives you about 50% chance to draw a card. The -2 is just awesome abeling you to pick off one creature at will, and having 4 in the deck, it's pretty much just rinse and repeat. The Domri's are there to pick off the Olivia's, Huntmasters etc. And like the more recent comment, a 3cc PW with the new legendary rule is just Dirty McFlirty.

I know he is good..But trust me, I was running 3 of them in my Jund aggro, which has a lot of creatures too, and at the end I decided to run just 2 of them... but its my opinion, of course, do whatever u like. I'm just saying that I've played it, many many times, and decided that its not that good to have more than 3 in your deck

I think 4 Domri's is good, hes one of the all stars in this deck, too often people get trapped into not playing 4 of their best cards.

The thing about a planeswalker is how crucial he is to the deck. The fact that you can only have one on the field does matter, but if he makes the deck thunder, put four. It boosts your pulls and you have a chance of having a replacement for when the first one dropped gets blown up. Domri is one that i like four of in a gruul deck like this sometimes. He's nice to have when you need that turn four hellrider and he's the one that gets you to top deck him. same with thundermaw. Not to mention if you are lucky enough to get that emblem, holy shit

I had two in my deck (semi budget) gruul aggro deck and after playing it a few times to FNM im convinced I need to get a hold on at least one more. Its _that_ good to have carddraw AND being able to surgical remove the real threats like Olivia, Huntmaster etc etc. Oh and I did get to use ulti one time - insta conceed from opponent :)

I can definitely not afford 4 Domri's, but I'm running this deck with just a few differences and thinking of adding a couple. I have everything except the 3 Scavenging Ooze, 4 Thundermaw Hellkite (Ooze and Kite are way outta the price range, too), 3 Mizzium Mortars and I'm only running 2 Flinthoof Boar. Currently running 2 Prey Upon (which fills in the Domri gap...sort of), a Clan Defiance, Gruul War Chant (which Kibler has sideboarded), 1 Burning Earth, 4 Flames of the Firebrand, a Huntmaster, 3 Wolfir Silverheart, an Ogre Battledriver (with mana acceleration, dropping him, then a Wolfir, and then a Wolfir the turn following has you swinging 26 damage, and if you happen to be able to Bloodrush a Rampager, you've got trample!). Thinking about adding one or two Ruric Thar, getting a Domri, and adding the 3 Mizzium Mortar as well as a Kessig Wolf Run. I'm running all basic lands, I only have 1 Rootbound Crag and using Gruul Guildgates was awful, so the mana situation isn't perfect and those Crag's are pricey, too. Seems like it might flow pretty well.

With rotation coming up, all these changes might be pointless but I really only play casual and will try my best to keep up with Theros.
