This deck was designed after I saw the 2012 movie, Rise of the Guardians. It was designed to replicate the abilities of Jack Frost. This casual, budget, deck is mono blue aligned. A casual deck gains this title if the deck is not legal in Standard or Modern format. This deck falls into the Budget series. The Budget series consists of decks that are valued at under $40.
Playing this deck become simply controlling the battlefield by tapping your opponents creatures. You'll want to do this in the early game until you can get some big hitters like Icefall Regent and/or Frost Titan. Time of Ice and Siren's Call are great ways for removing creatures from the battlefield either by returning them to their owners hand or sending them to their graves. Finally, is it important to get Verity Circle out into play as you'll be able to net a lot of card advantage with this potent enchantment.
