This is the start of my budget series (under $40). This Azorius deck is a tribal bird deck built for casual play. Tribal decks utilize members that share a common creature type. A casual deck gains this title if the deck is not legal in Standard or Modern format. It is great for starting players because of the stacking combos the deck brings to the table. This shouldn't be a final edition, cards should be added and or removed to improve the decks functionality.
The goal of this deck is to load up the battlefield with birds. After the birds are ready to attach, power them up via any of the enchantments, and send your flying army in for the kill. Don't be afraid to block early on. Death isn't a problem for this deck and is encouraged later in the game!
