if you want to play with this deck compettetive then drop the Elixir of Immortality and the quest's. I would add some more burn.

I would also recomend to get rid of the Elixir of Immortality. The quest however can be useful, I think, but would recomend to add Kuldotha Rebirth, which makes three goblin 1/1 tokens for one mana and sacrificing one artifact (works just fine with Panic Spellbomb or some 0 mana cost artifacts). I also agree with adding more burn spells like Incinerate or Shock or Arc Trail instead of having Devastating Summons.
i like the quests though i did drop the elixir i ripped this deck apart bc it got boring after awhile so ima repost a new deck.
replace the enchantments with arc trails.get 2 more warren instigators and drop the spikeshot elder and a land. drop 2 more land 4 forked bolts 2. 24 land is way 2 much. 20 or 21 is plenty.
