I think if you just swapped the Brainstorms, Pondors and Swords to Plowshares for Serum Visions, Sleight of Hand and Path to Exile you would have a solid start for something in Modern.Other then that I think you are a little congested at your three drop threats, feel like it could get a bit clunky. And zero 1cmc countermagic such as stuff like Spell Pierce or Spell Snare seem wrong, maybe swapping some numbers of the Remands or Mana Leaks for those may be worth it.
