It's a good idea. I like it. But I think you could use a good two drop creature. Maybe true fire paladin for the utility he provides in place of Gideon and one frontline medic. Just a thought.

I have both in there for the indesructability, though I could prob swap out the gideons.
That's understandable but the paladins would offer more protection early game to help you get the combo you want yet still provide a little more aggression should you need it.
It's actually a good way to use Boros.....
