Deck Description

The case for Jund constellation mostly revolves around Forgeborn Oreads and Twinflame. Twinflame makes the deck extremely explosive, (enough to rationalize Grim Guardian). Consider that 2 Grim Guardians/2 Forgeborn Oreads and a Twinflame is an immediate 8 life. It works the same with Eidolon of Blossoms, making the deck revolve mostly around a well timed Twinflame. This may make it slightly more fragile against removal heavy decks, but the sideboard helps it convert to a more G/B Rock style play.

Let me know what you think!

Deck discussion for Explosive Constellation

Looks good, I kinda like it but need a couple more cards to make it complete. Probably fill it with a complete playset of Golgari Charm, or Mainboard a couple Boon Satyrs.

Oh, whoops. Thanks man. They were actually supposed to be more land, as I wanted 25 land. If I get to Eidolon of Blossoms, I can draw my way to more action, but if I don't start with the mana then I just lose.

No Problem, enchantments are a lot of fun. If you splash white you could even run Sphere of Safety. I run it in my standard Enchantment deck, its very powerful at least until I run into some kind of removal. Here is a link of it below, still working on a sideboard.

If I was going to run white, I actually think I would go the opposite direction and make the deck a little more aggressive with the use of Ethereal Armor. Underworld Coinsmith might also make it. But thanks for the advice! And the deck looks pretty sweet, I like it. However I really don't like putting auras (even ones as powerful as Ethereal Armor) on creatures without some form of protection. And there aren't any enchantment creatures with Hexproof, which is why I haven't pursued that option.

yes because hexproof enchantments are so over powered *cough cough* gods *cough* lol

If the god is no longer a creature, the enchantments fall off. The gods may be even more vulnerable to put an aura on than regular creatures.

Have you playtested this? I love constellation, but to run a pure constellation deck seems very slow and fragile, like you said yourself. The use of Twinflame however càn make a lot of difference! Intruiging and original deck!
