I am not saying that Voice of Resurgence it bad or something. I'm saying that it is broken.

I'd add Imposing Sovereign instead of Blind Obedience (Blind obedience is more control oriented), since this deck seems more aggro with Boros charm, Rakdos Shred-freak and Ash Zealot. 4 Dark Prophesies seem kinda extreme and same with Ash zealot, since you don't have of the m13 dual lands giving mana problems early game. Encroaching Wastes belong into your sideboard, not your main deck.

with two mana you get a 2/2 guy that prevents your opponent from casting any spells during your turn. Even if they kill the thing there will still be the token that grows almost as fast as tarmogoyf does. Unless standard gets new exile cards or reprints em, this card will dominate in the days to come.

Guys... You shouldn't even bother with standard because of Voice of Resurgence. Its such a bust card that it doesn't make any sense and you're stupid if you think otherwise.

You should look at other modern deck that have been played lately and see what they look like compared to yours. There are some nasty modern decks out there,
