Deck Description

The Golgari support a vast army because death never ends its soldiers' service.

The Golgari don't bury their dead. They plant them.

How to Play

Corpsejack works good with scavenge and Howlpack. I prefer to give counters on Lotleth Troll. It and Jarad are our aggresive-winning cards.
Jarad: sacrifice land to regenerate.. no problem when we have Somberwald Sage.
Our creatures aren't cheap with mana, so Somberwald helps us to quick casting other creatures.
Golgari Charm regenerate our creatures, so easier to win, when they going to die.
Death's Presence + Corpsejack - many counters.
Elixir of Immortality - all cards from graveyard, no problem, but I prefer to use when we can't rely on Jarad.
Grisly Salvage if we very need important card.
Slitherhead - counters for 0 mana : )
Gravecrawler we have on the battlefield all game.
Strangleroot + Jarad - nice combo.

SIDEBOARD //:
Gyre Sage + counters (scavenge, corpsejack howlpack) instead Somberwald Sage.
Trestle Troll for defence.
Other are expensive and to fun and aggresive play.

OK. It's good idea. I'll add Strangleroot Geists.

Good deck, my only worry is that it might not stand up to other achtypes, because your threats might not be quite as effective as, say, a swagtusk.

also take out viridian emissary to make it standard!!!, it's not that big a thing to take out and it wont impact the deck that much. probably put in deathrite shaman instead

Great Deck!

I would totally take out the Viridian emissary so you can play in standard though, perhaps with Strangleroot Geist.

I found that Corpsejack Manglers did not work out very well in playing, as they did in theory, so I dropped them from my Golgari Deck. I replaced them with Strangleroot Geists for quicker play.

I would also suggest something perhaps in your Sideboard to deal with Token creatures, as well. I use Gaze of Granite, and they worked out when I needed to swap for them.

Overall, Great Deck!

I'd add more lands

I don't want more lands because Somberwald Sage give me three mana for creatures so I can use more mana for something else.

I'd still add one or two more mana at least, because otherwise I don't think you could ever successfully get to enough mana for deadbridge chant or death's presence. normally a deck that runs 20 land has a mana curve that stops at 3.

Somberwald Sage dies way too easily... I wouldn't trust that woman with my beer
